After a long and very satisfying period of tailormade databases, software and web-based development I decided to  focus mainly on Business Intelligence and data analysis solutions. I see my role as an architect and a guide for managers, and a consultant/coach/trainer for employees.

The human part in the complex IT world is prior. I dare to say that the most challenging and rewarding projects for me are the ones where I’m the contact person (project leader) between the IT
department and the business units (organizing teams). Besides the obvious technical part, open communication, conflict and change management, my most important focus resides in involving people into BI, development, coaching and training projects. Some people even compare me with ‘The One Minute Manager’…

Each day all our Belgian and international customers trigger me:
